Homework help:
  Assist girls with completing homework
(3:30-5:30, Monday-Thursday during the school year)
(no summer camp hours)
 
MicroSociety mentor:
  Our own city of Dream Harbor
(3:45-4:45, Monday - Thursday during the school year)
(1:30 - 2:30 Monday - Thursday during the summer)
   
  Computer lab / SS&B newspaper / television station
  Science Museum of natural fun (garden)
  Snack Shack - catering
  Peace keepers- policing
  Arts and Crafts
  Theater / dance
  Bank and Post office
  Warehouse
 
Administrative:
  Assist with mailings, data entry, event preparation, printing, website update, Girl of the month
 
One on one mentoring:
  Same time once a week
( 4:45 – 5:30 during the school year)
( during lunch 12:00 – 1:30 or snack 3:30 – 4:40 during the summer)
Meet with the same girl and mentor her in reading, crafts, talk, games, walk…on campus.
 
 
Call as needed:
 
General volunteer activities:
   
  Assist with special events at Girls Inc. and in the community.
  Assist with holidays and help girls in kitchen with parties and events
  Assist staff with various special programs (varied throughout year)
  Chaperone local field trips with staff
